Please note that ticket prices are non-refundable, except in the case of performance cancellation.Ticket scalping is illegal. Admission for children aged 6 and over (age as of date of performance). One ticket per child is required for younger children. Age may be checked on the day of the performance. Parent / Guardian ticket holders must enter with a Child ticket holder. Parent / Guardians' tickets do not allow adults (aged 20 and over) to enter the venue alone.
Adults only must purchase an Single Adult ticket. To make a purchase Single Adult ticket, you need to join the Suntory Hall Members Club website(http://suntoryhall.pia.jp).(only in Japanese/membership eligible for residents in Japan) Please contact the Suntory Hall Ticket Center if you require wheelchair seating.
