The Meiji Yasuda J1 100 Year Vision League Playoff Round determines final rankings through a home-and-away format between teams finishing in the same position in each Regional League group. Because matchups depend on Section 18 results, opponents will not be confirmed at the start of ticket sales. Sales for South Side Reserved and Visitor Reserved seats will begin only after matchups are finalized
