Please pick up your tickets via the Theater ticket counter.
The Theater ticket counter will open 1 hour before the curtain time.
You'll be required to show a valid photo identification (ex: passport) to pick up your tickets.
The only person who made the reservation will be able to pick up the tickets.
Please note that if you enter the wrong e-mail address, you will not receive the ticket number necessary to receive your tickets.
